Where was it stolen from? Home? work? Any anti-theft devices? chain? alarm? I have mine chained up at work and of course at home it's locked up. I still want a paging alarm so if anyone tries to steal it, I can catch them in the act. |

When I used to surf, they always said if you steal a bros board you'll die on that bros board. Maybe the same for bikes? Just bad ju ju man. Sorry to hear about your bike. |

A motorcycle thief is a lower form of life than the mold that grows on the bottom of whale shit. |

We should do it like the arabs, cut their hand off, then point and laugh at them. Maybe cut both their hands off, you can still steal a motorcycle with one hand. |

Are they stripping these bikes for parts or could they swap everything to a used frame and sell the whole bike? Of course we all know it's hard to sell a buell. |

CHECK CRAIGSLIST NOW. I've seen plenty of hot stuff be put on Craigslist and be whisked away and gone, almost no record. More attractive to thieves than ebay. |

Any money that if the guy is found he has a record of stealing autos/motorcycles. DAMN government and liberals always saying that criminals can be rehabilitated and don't need to do much time. So sick of people always saying that it is not fair to lock them up for long. F them lock them up forever. Escape form LA style. |

Didn't they used to hang horse thieves? Yep! Everyone used to wear a gun on their hip as well. I'll go back to the old west if everyone else will. Don't be surprised if I call you out though. |

I still wear it on my hip at times, but not on the bike, things are complicated enough. I remember when I left my helmet on the handle bars of my honda and just knew no one would mess with it cause it was a bikers. I've had 2 bikes go missing. Both came back, one was hot wired right but the starter button was broke and the police got called to break up an argument, all they found was the bike pushed a mile from where I parked it. The other, 6 months old, paid off the day before it was stolen, joy ridden, burnt, and beat with a sledge hammer. The thieves went to jail. Yes! Insurance, full coverage! I bought a faster bike. |

Comprehensive covers theft. This will end up on craigslist or ebay... Ill keep an eye out. Buell parts are hard to come by so when magically someone is parting out a bike for no good reason, i get suspicious. |

Comprehensive covers theft. Does comprehensive cover repairs in a non collision? In other words, if you have a single bike accident, can you claim that with comprehensive? (Message edited by moosestang on November 19, 2008) |

Here in utah comprehensive covers me for theft! My brothers brand new xb12s long was jacked 3 days after he bought it and a month and 2 weeks later it was found totally destroyed in the canyons. Good luck to you in getting it back in one piece! In the mid evil time they would cut off your hand so that when you shook anyones hand you had to use the one hand you had just wiped your arse with, And you are looked down upon because of that! |

Comprehensive covers everything besides collision. If someone steals your bike and hacks it to death and crashes it, you are covered. If a tree falls on it or it sets on fire, your covered. If YOU crash and don't have collision then your screwed! Call your insurance company. Most quotes include comprehensive but not collision. |

Mine was stolen a month ago. I've not a found a single piece of it yet on Ebay or Craigslist. Do a advanced search on google, search Buell through craigslist web site. Good luck. |
