I got this one for $35 and it works great but the web page says they're now sold out. Maybe you can find it somewhere else though. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=420189

Weird. My pb's work on the Uly, I just have to adjust the width of the endpieces as compared to my tubers. |

That is the Gorilla stand from Sportsman's. It works, but the vinyl covering on the lifting tabs will soon come off and scratch your swingarm pretty badly if you are not extremely careful or cover it with tape or something else. I learned the hard way. |

I recently did the same research. I hate to say it but Pit-Bull makes a custom rear stand exclusively for the Buells. It's their F0078-000. I ordered a set and they work great. http://www.pit-bull.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Scr een=PROD&Store_Code=PBMSA&Product_Code=F0078-000&C ategory_Code=rear_stands |

does it work on the uly as well as the 1125r? my uly has a rounded swingarm not like the angular 1125r. |

This is the stand Al at American Sport Bike sells, highly recommended for the Uly. I have personally used it on his and my own Uly, and because of its design, works WAY better!!! Doesn't slide up the swing arm like the regular PB stand does. You wont be disappointed!! Bruce |

That's what's weird...I've *had* my Uly on my (ordered for my tubers) Pit Bulls. Had to change the spacing on the little plates a little and get a different triple tree pin from Al for the XB headset...but it worked. |

How you get the wheel off like that?? I use a pit bull, it is a pain but the quality of the stand is too good to give up. JB weld the tabs on the bottom of the swingarm and it will work MUCH better. |

+1 on the T-rex. Built well and inexpensive. |

How you get the wheel off like that?? I put the bar through the front axle. I also have to use a jack under the muffler. Not quite as convient as a "proper" stand, but I already had the jack stands and the metal bar cost $3. Can't beat the price. (Message edited by skyclad on November 09, 2008) |

+1 Skyclad. My ice-season storage method is 4 jackstands and two scrap bars. I hadn't thought of your rear wheel removal tip, though, so obvious! I was tilting it onto the sidestand... thank you! - Bob |

Maybe buell could wise up and add bosses for spools- that would solve a lot. |

I have the Handy stand.Had to modify it with my torch.Just heated it up in the bend that goes behind the tire & spread it out a bit.Works great!$100 for the set(front & rear)The front is not very steady, but the rear works great after the minor mod. |

Maybe buell could wise up and add bosses for spools- that would solve a lot. After changing both the front and rear tires yesterday, and having my hydraulic jack start to die halfway through the job, I second that thought. |
