that is killer, "I am Buell" would really hit the target audience. plenty of characters here to fit the bill as well. may have to wash tramp's bike though(might hurt, but i'm sure he'd take one for the team). |

Anytime, Mike. I'm not a good candidate for such a campaign, though, but I enjoy riding with those of you (and I mean YOU, Mike)who are. It could be a bit of a corner-turner for sales, their present campaign relies too much on the appearance of the machinery. The "I Am Buell" campaign would be excellent to see, changed up each month, in Cycle World, etc. |

Yeah- I thought those would make the thread. One opf the funniest lines of the weekend- Holly and I stopping by Mikestock to drop off my old tire (Hammer is a SAINT), en route to a dinner engagement where NYS's comptroller was a keynote speaker, Mike looks at me, in jacket & tie, in my Vovlo, and says, "Oh, Mister 'one percenter'!" I was still laughing about this during the comptroller's speech |

It will certainly take more than some fancy pants and a tie to convince this Bueller that you're not the "rude thug" I met at HHR4 ! So there, put that in your pipe and smoke it mister. |

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I will be ordering up some shirts next week after I get paid. I also think that Erik should have to help the rest of us deplete your HHR3 shirt surplus before he gets the HHR5 shirt, next year after he does the run of course. |

Sorry, He has last year's shirt, I gave it to him last month at the local Dealership when he was there to promote the brand that the dealership couldn't care less about. |

Doz sez: "Tramp, nice to see someone else rode hodaka back then..great bikes!" Yep- Mom, Dad and my big brother all had 'em and I later received their ho-hand-me down-dakas. In that shot, though, I'm the grommet on the tiny minibike with the custom Schwinn apes and Honda cl headlight mounted to the cropped Yamaha mini-enduro front end. Dad (on the Yammie 360) built us some cool stuff to keep learning on. the idea, with that uniquely-upgraded little minibike, was to get me to really throttle-steer, more (hence the ape-leverage) on something that I wouldn't have to worry about shifting on. |
