Badlionsfan That is the plan. We want to be able to offer customers options on the 1125R's. Everything is in the planning stages, but we would like to offer the CR's bars and the bodywork. |

I'll be there. I start a new bid at work the week of the third which has me go in later and get back in town later and is about 120 more driving miles every nite. I'll be back in town around 0630 Saturday morning, take a 3 hour nap then head up. I'll be easy to spot, I'll be the guy that looks dead. |

:-) Still trying to work out the fine details. I want to truly "sell it", so I also don't have to worry about getting cell phone calls. A lie is easy to fabricate, but a good lie takes a certain amount of extra TLC... |

Ahhh but a lie is a lie and you'll pay for it, one way or another. Just tell them the truth! That this is needed for you to be involved!!!!!!! Tell them that you are going for therapy! That's my excuse every time I HAVE to ride this 11! Its my exercise and therapy...all in one session! It works and I keep a clear conscience. |

Hitman44139 I just have the side panels tied into the top pod mounting holes and am working on the belly pan. The panels are bolted to the belly pan. But, there is some work on the belly pan to clear the stock exhaust. I will have it for the 8th, but probably not the frame mountings complete. It will be rough, but everyone will get to see the results. It's a little difficult to adapt a racing fairing to the street. I hope to just give riders an idea of what is possible.... Slypiranna We have this great angled display platform with your name on it, waiting for your bike. Wow, looks like you have some work to do, but that is an impressive looking crew you have there! I didn't get as far as I had hoped with mounting my fairing, it is so rough!! If you look closely on my bike you will see a bungie cord holding the belly pan on in towards the rear of the bike! Haven't had a chance to get everything to fit.... But, everything is a go and I will see you and all the other enthusiasts tomorrow!! Take care and thanks for all of you help. Jim |

Just a few of whole crew is herein. The video will come! The brunette is HOT, by the way...seriously and no joke... We are all too proud to be involved. We can't wait for the 8th to be over with!...as we are all pooped! This 11 is standing tall tho...from a test mule's statue. Good times! For all involved. All inclusive are content with the finished product to show of. While prototype work is not perfect, she'll fool ya! We all feel that this is worth the effort and I'm sure that most would agree! BMC and dealerships deserve reflective devotion...as we've received on this bike's early past. We'll be up to that meeting...with zero sleep! All the wiring will be complete on the trip...I'll be in the trailer...trying to solder 80 connections!..with a generator and steady hand?! Thank you Badweb, Western Reserve and Buell/Hd...you all deserve this sort of support from us little outsider guys and gals. See you all on the 8th! mm |

I am having a battle with stomach flu, and won't be heading to Mentor this morning. Kinda sucks since I was able to avoid work today, but can't seem to step away from the vomit can for more than a few minutes today. Thought about coming up there anyway, but then had a vivid mental image of vomiting inside my helmet at highway speeds...Hmmm, no, I think I'll stay here and recover. Please do post a recap if you would!! |

I am pretty tired... But, what made the event great, were the Buell riders that attended. You are all very really great! I would like to thank you all for coming. XB9 and Sly, a special thanks for your efforts and I hope that everyone had a chance to talk to you guys, you are awesome. Thanks to Todd from Fasttrax for donating the slot in their street riding school. I do apologize for trying to raffle off XB9's new 1125R as well as Sly's really cool bike. Also, I really feel bad about trying to raffle off the dog, I hope the owner will forgive me. Once again, thanks to all the participants and I hoped we conveyed to you that we are Buell supporters and a Buell friendly dealership and that you were able to learn some things and made new friends. Jim p.s. I hope the trip home went well for the owners that came from Wisconsin, Chicago and Indiana. p.s.s. GO BUELL!! |
