Well, since no one has spoke up about breakfast tomorrow, I guess it will have to wait until next week.... maybe...
Anyway, been trying to get the basement finished up.. my stuff will be delivered wednesday... and, I have an oven to take apart and build a new powder coat oven.. though, I sold my old blast cabinet...
ANYWAY... will be busy for a while...

hehe, (nastym2) i just took that stuff out of the car this morning, i'm going to strip the paint off the chin fairing and maybe just leave it, if it's a decent color black, if i have to i'll paint it with that krylon plastic paint, probably black tho, i looked up to see if i could get a rattle can of molten orange, but all i could find was 3part touch up, i'll have it readied and installed by spring! hopefully you'll be on a buell again by then! |

Definitely will have him with us by the spring.
What is the accessory wires coming from the battery? there is a wire with an in line fuse holder that the guy said was there when he bought it brand new?? (from Precision HD)
also, does anyone know if a stock seat from an xb12s would be a hair higher? I know the suspension is whats shorter but curious if another stock seat would make a difference.

The wire is for a battery charger PHD puts them on all their bikes, but don't give you the charger. |

Jeff aren't those wires the ones Precision puts on all bikes now? They're a pigtail for the "BatteryTender" brrand charger.
TRipp,Sunday down southeast sounds ok.
I put the 996 down for the winter.Static display.Besides,my positive terminal broke off.
I may try a Lithium ion battery pack.I hear they're like crazy cold cranking amps. |

yeah, jeff, it'll fit. will give him a bit more legroom. i'm pretty sure the 'city seat is the tallest one out there. |

Precision put that pig tail in???
Mine came with it...it was even mentioned in the specs for the bike...
You can use it as a battery tender or for electric clothing (just check that the fuse is correct for what you plug into it).
Sorry - didn't make the ride last weekend...fixing the heating system...and again tonight...piece of sh!t plumber that installed it made it a b!tch to work on. But...it's running now.
And by the way...the two gay bitches made it home from the sandbox tonight so we'll probably start hearing more from Scotty and Eric.
