I sent a couple PMs out and thanks for the compliments guys! To answer a few questions... I am asking $275 for the complete set of bars. This is what you get: Custom 6061-T6 alum center piece, powder coated clear. 4130 Chromoly 7/8" dia bars triple chrome plated with hidden mounting hardware. The cost also includes flat rate shipping and handling. I can powder coat the middle piece different colors or even leave it bare if you want to custom paint or polish. I can even do different logos in the center! I begin the build process as the order comes in, so the skys the limit! These are the bars ONLY, not the black indicator bracket or gauge pods you see in the pics... but I can get that worked out for ya if you are interested. "I like those bars how much? Does it come with the guage mount or something that will adapt a stock mount to it? I have a 97 s1" You can use your stock handlebar clamp on top on the bars, the plate is 1/2" thick and with some longer bolts you can use your stock gauges... they will be about 1/2" higher though, but that shouldn't be a biggie.} "Texas - what is that, a stock Sporty gauge housing set? Or is it Dyna? Nice look!" Thanks! they are the stock sporty gauge pods, with some simple adaptations. ANY of ya'll are more than welcome to PM me any questions or comments, I'm a Mech Eng student out here in west Texas and I have more time on my hands than I need (except for test weeks). Nick |

Sleez thanks a ton for editing these photos. what do you all think about color selection? I'm almost leaning towards red, but that means I need to spray mine, or better yet find a red tank and a red tail!

Personally, I've always loved the Billet color. FYI - there's a red body on fleabay right now. No tank, but has tail, fender, and flyscreen. Tank is "any" carb'd manta tank, they're out there too. If it were me, I'd keep the stock stuff in factory paint and add a second set for a color change.... |

Swede, they should finally be in tomorrow, so probably this weekend at the latest, the weather looks pretty wet anyway. BTW thats just photoshopped silver, the screen is still red, maybe I'll get that taken care of this weekend too. Your bike looks good, its amazing what a little red paint can do to hot rod that 1125R! |

Silver looks better than the red IMO. But other than my molten orange X1, I'm usually not a fan of brightly colored vehicles. Have you considered getting an old school buell tank decal and putting it vertically on the CR flyscreen? |

Pkforbes, definitely, once i get it color matched i am going to get the S1 lightning decal that goes on the origninal windscreen and tail and put it where the CR decal currently is. Thanks for everyones input! -g |

the more I look at the new set up, i notice how the lines all match up pretty well, I think a lot has to do with having that manta tank on there with it though, I dont know how good it would look with the skinny tank Got the clubmans on the way home today, looks like I got some work to take me away from the home projects!
