I don't think anything about this is scientific. It was merely a curiosity.

I am still curious if Buell, or motorcycle's in general brought us here.

There is no data to suggest any higher percentage of lefties on motorcycle, Buells, etc., than present in any other activity.

You see this same query on boards pertaining to other activities, with the usual high percentage of responding lefties:

The likeliest explanation lies in lefties' obvious interest in left/right bias, as opposed to any higher percentage in a given activity.
Most righties simply don't find this thread title intriguing enough to:
A. click on
B. respond to

This is an area of FAR greater interest to lefties, hence the higher percentage of responders from that camp.
You see this same phenomenon on skiing, tennis, baseball, football, etc. boards, as well.
