When the 1125R was released...the 09 CR/R was still unknown of...my best guess. Think of it as Sr & Jr...and/or the III. I doubt Sr had a clue when he was, ummm, well...how do I put this... Riding the daylights outta his NEW 2008 1125R!!!!!!! What a save!  | ||

You CR boys need to respect your elders. This is the house that the 1125r built. Let's not get into a pissing match over R vs. CR. They are obviously very, very close siblings. That being said the refinement of the CR owes much to R (and its early-adapter owners.) I have no problem revising the name of this section of the forum, but let's give a little respect to the bike that paved the way for the CR. | ||

It was a joke Fresno. I know it was. I just wanted to give some props to the early adapters of the R that spent ALOT of time and energy working with BMC to help get this thing right. I know for a fact that they read our posts here. We have assisted in the refinement of the 1125R/CR in ways that we will probably never know. For that, we should all be proud to be owners of the R and CR. | ||
