Now that Micron is no more, Ti-Force is the only full system for the Buell. Does anybody use one of these? I'm looking for first hand experience. I'm looking at building another XB race bike for next year, and by that time most of the Microns should be gone. I'm curious about the power and sound of this system. Schmitty |

Hey Schmitty, We just built a CCS SuperSport legal XB12R and used the Ti-Force pipe. It fits nicely, has very nice welds and is made of trick CNC machined billet aluminum parts. Bad news is it wouldn't make any power. Had it on the Johnson Engine Technology (BadWeb sponsor) dyno for several hours tuning with the direct link software. Power gains from our stock baseline run were marginal at best. Don't remember the numbers off hand, but can get them when Bob and Robert Johnson return from racing in Datona this weekend. PS - The sound is lame. Pete |

Ouch the sound is lame? I was looking into one to replace my Micron after the issues I had, but couldn't afford another grand to do it. |

Pete, what you say is true. The only good thing about the TiForce is it looks really nice. |

I'd buy the Micron now while you can. If the new bike falls through in a year you'll sell it for more than you buy it. IMO it is a unique system for the XB. There will never be another like it. It is the nicest system. Pulls from low (1600 rpm), Linear power curve, big low torque. Mine dynos 11% higher than stock without the dip in the middle, and its still pointing up at the end. I've got a good map, so it runs well warm or cold and no ping. Sounds like a worked Chev. This the dyno (DIN not SAE). 90 DIN is about 102 SAE

There is also a Force full system. I've been looking for some numbers for that system but can't find much on it as it wasn't in the American Sport Bike shootout. |

Ben, if the Micron you have now is holding up ok I would stick with it. RNR Repsol #14 had a Ti-Force silencer blow up on them at Daytona last weekend. |

Trojan sells a full system, from QD and also offers a header pipes from Free Spirit. The pipe comes come in two diameters 45mm and 48 mm. The pipe appears to be compatible with any exhaust. he too sells the Ti Force exhaust. |

It seems that I failed to mention that I do carry the Ti-Force set-up here in the US. It's not on my website but I do have it. Even though I stand by my opinion posted above, fit and finish is excellent...performance is so so for a $1400 system. Pete |
