Seriously PM me, I'll not say anything. I'm curious as to what the misinformation is. |

Desmo can be fixed. He did highside so I am not sure if the forks were tweeked or not. Repair bill is going to be over 30 grand. |

Desmo was not "borrowed" among other things. That sounds like a big problem for someone.... |

Either way, no matter what, let's just hope everything turns out the way it ought to. I'm a major supporter of "loser pays" when it comes to law suits. Repair bill is going to be over 30 grand. OUCH! That's be enough to keep me in jelly beans for a long time! |

Dave, since you can't say anything, can you post any additional pics? |

I have not even looked at my camera. I know that I have some pics of the aftermath on it but I doubt that they are better than the ones on the Jennings GP site. |

Sounds like it wasn't a Buell that the woman was on. It was Duc 748. |

Kid at work got a Desmo and it heartens be that he is smart enough to not loan it out and pretty much does nothing but rides it to work. When you enter the track all bets are in terms of liability. You assume ALL risks short of criminal. Matters not who hit it, on what, or how. . . Shame. |

That's why I only race on the road. My insurance will cover it. |

Race on the road? May wanna check your coverage. They may not define 'racing' as being confined to a closed course. It may be defined as a speed contest in general... |

> My insurance will cover it. Your insurance probably covers track days as well. You probably won't find an insurance carrier who'll cover a race, but most(?) cover track days. |
