Well, much to my chagrin, Welcome is actually north of I-10, but only by a few miles. You and your lovely Yankee SCU are welcome at Welcome any time you choose to drop in. Spitting and BABB's are optional... rt |

You get better distance if you knock out a front tooth and spit through the gap... rt |

Keep me posted on this thing . . . I confess to having a damn tough time resisting BBQ. I'm voting for the Bastrop area but am highly flexibilatious. If Bomber doesn't come . . . all bets are off. Having thus instilled the requisite guilt I am off do do my daily biding . . . |

Bastrop works--easy ride from the ranchito. Do I have to post the picture of me drooling over the pit at Cooper's in Llano again? Bomber--start without me. I'm a lover... rt |

I confess to having a damn tough time resisting BBQ. My thoughts exactly, which is why a 9-state trek may not be out of the question... I'm envious of your proximity to a Dinosaur - Both Syracuse and NYC are a couple hours for me. |

I"m there, Court -- my new professional status allows the flexibility to tell the boss to stuff it, from time to time, and appear at random about the country -- and in Tejas WHo wants to go to Maryland, anyway? |

Fear for teh Republic, gents . . . . . While Court and I may be a threat to your scotch, your wimmens, and all you hold dear, we've slowed down a touch, and, with careful rearranging of your assests, all should be well |

May would probably be better than March if northern folks are thinking of riding down. Sync it into the S2 gathering and, uh, nevermind (got carried away there for a second, could have turned into an endless summer deal).... Let's see, pencil this in on the 2009 pocket calender (in pencil, not ink) and see what happens between now and then. I can usually spit pretty good, as long as I remember to open the visor and pull the helmet downward a bit to clear the chinguard. |

Pammy--last time I checked, I-10 goes all the way to Florida from Texas! Mikej--you are correct, sir--May is a better riding month than March, down this way. rt |
