I was accepted into the San Diego Roadster Club, nominated by my good fast friend, John Noonan, so I can now race at El Mirage and set records there. I finally talked Jack Van Voast out of his beautiful and nasty 95" S-1, so have another Buell in the stable--makes 2 this month--- and best of all, I got back together with my girlfriend who I am madly in love with !!!!   Jb2 Posted on Friday, October 10, 2008 - 12:17 pm:        Congrats Jim! Nah, not cocky, just have a 300 HP turbo bike in my garage to play with. My first run at Elmo I went 188 on a 195 record and let off early as I was unsure of finish line marking.
