over the summer the dealer peeled the powder coat of my black wheels during a tire change. within the next month they'll be stripping and recoating them for me any color of my choosing. i love my black wheels but have toyed with the idea of going with an orange powder for the recoat. what do you guys think? |

Unless you like washing them on a regular basis, stick with black. Just my opinion. |

Think globally. Do you want to change the plastics on your bike now or at any time in the future? Black is easy to match everything, but orange might not match a future color choice. |

I love the look of a black and silver bike with colored wheels to stand out. I don't think it gives you any need to change anything else. Also, I have run many bikes with painted wheels and keeping them clean is no problem- and that was with bikes running chain drive and dealing with chain wax also! No worries with that IMO. On top of all that, if you go color, your bike will be more unique. My opinion? Go for color! |

Leave the lips the normal satin aluminum color (after blasting) and have the centers done orange. This way you wont have the same issue with the color peeling again. |

Orange would look good, but you can never go wrong with black. Mine are dirtier than hell right now and you can barely tell. |

Actually, I say go with a clear coated polished. The wheels are going to get dirty regardless of color. Go with what color you like. |

I was thinking the same Paint Shaker. Kinda in a not so dark shade of green. Ustorque, What ever your choice will be will be make sure your dealer puts on all new rotor bolts. All new shim's,spacers and springs for your front rotor. Also new rear rotor bolts and bolts for your rear pulley. |

Your bikes hero blue right? I think orange would look sweet. I'm a little biased since i went to Auburn and our colors are orange and blue...but still |

I went with matching Barricade orange on my wheels. It looks nice being all color matched, but if you use the bike it shows dirt/brake dust in a fairly short time. |

Damn. Looked blue in the pic. Would look pretty sweet with the orange wheels nonetheless |

Shawn change them to villain black, cause it's still black and everyone knows black is the fastest color. |
