I'm lovin mine. IF I read the article correctly, it implied that that the CR has LOWER bars than the R?!?!?!?! NO wonder my back has been sore! The only pieces I am lacking are the throttle cables, and I'll be ready to do the wide bar conversion. I'll post pics before and after. R |

I think that in the next year we will see some comparisons that won't be able to ignore the cost/benifit ration of the 1125's. GO BUELL! R |

I predict the 1125CR will get a lot of positive press and do very well in the magazine comparo's. There is not much in its class that can touch it power-wise...and handling-wise for that matter. |

A Super Duke R would be pretty comparable. |

That's just the good press they need. Someone copied what's been done on here, look at the 3M on the swingarm.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/3160208/Wild-a nd-wacky-Buell-1125CR.html Has some interesting comments about the fuel issues on the '08s. Anyone else heard this? "Against that, Buell's factory problem in its communication with Europe last year looks rather more forgivable. It might not have been of Mars Orbiter proportions, but the issue was the same: the engine is designed and built by Austrian power train specialist Rotax, creator of such fine engines as Aprilia's RSV1000, and Rotax measures some engine parameters in a different way to the Americans. As a result, Buell's 1125 was set up with completely skewed ignition mapping, leading to... excessive heat, poor fuelling and vibration." |

Anybody else notice the rider in that article was Fonzie, the photographer Buell hired for all the inside pass track days this year! |

No, but I notice in the pic above that the bike has heated grips....did the factory outfit them for a cold test day? Or did I miss a line on the spec sheet? |
