I dno't have the one for the rev.b. One thing I did not know was the stator cover and the old rev.a cover both use the same skid puck. |

That is the part number for the entire clutch cover. I believe he is only looking for the replaceable puck. |

> I believe he is only looking for the replaceable puck Yup... exactly. That whole clutch cover is something like $165. I just want the cheap puck! |

I was double-checking because of a pricing surprise. I'm in the process of ordering a right-side pod plastic and clutch puck because of a drop. To my surprise, the price on the clutch puck is some $165! I was SHOCKED. I thought, for sure there must be a mistake with my parts guy. He must be ordering the whole clutch cover or the wrong part. So, I went into my dealer today. Low and behold, in the parts book, is the clutch puck at $165. Now, mind you, even my parts guy thinks there's a mistake, because the whole clutch cover casting is only $77, but this little aluminum puck is $165! We are trying to get someone at Buell to verify and confirm now. Both of us suspect a pricing error on the computer. There's just no way this part is that much unless it's milled from a block of billet, and I think that's pretty unlikely. |
