Any thoughts? Comparisons? Anybody that will tell me what's great about this bike?

They are 2 totally different machines. Scalpel and a Sledgehammer. Apples and oranges. Rocks and paper.

Go ride one! It says you got an 06 SS in your profile, so you already know the deal with them. Take your 06, give it a taller more cushy suspension, some bags, a windshield, heated grips, and volla! : )

The Uly will do that with ease.

That is Sanchez's bike at March Badness.

Last fall i rode home from Buelltoberfest, about 900 miles on my Uly and loved every moment. My favorite part was doing a wheelie while fully loaded on the highway next to a school bus full of kids, they went nuts! : )

I have an '07 uly and love it. I recently did a 1125 demo. The power was awesome but at each redlight i was shaking my hands trying to get the feeling back in them. After a fifteen minute ride i wanted off. In contrast, i can easily do 500-600 mile days on my uly and still feel good the rest of the day. Go demo a uly, you'll see what all the rage is about.

I find a few days on the 1125 make me A) appreciate the comfortable ergos on the Uly; and B) make me a much better rider on the Uly.
