A mate turned up yesterday he lives a four hour drive away, I've helped him out a little bit over the years but nothing special that you you wouldnt do for a mate. Any way he comes in with a box and blow me down it was a Remus pipe for my beloved 1125R. About an hour later the D&D was off and the Remus installed. Fired it up and it was very quiet so we got the dremel out and ground down the spot weld on the retaining circlip and removed the restrictor from the pipe and wow not hideously loud like the D&D and the power delivery is so strong and smooth. She's due for a 10000k service in a couple of weeks so i'll try and get a dyno run done. Life don't get much better than on a Buell. Suns out time to ride.} |
