You got it ! The service manager at my dealership is curious also. The exhaust was delivered today. It is nice. The aluminum almost looks like stainless. I think I will have it powder coated matte black so it matches the rest of my bike. |

If I like the sound (which I suspect I will) and the tuning stays reasonable (which I suspect it will), I'll be waiting for the titantium version. There's a neat little red trim peice on it that ties in perfect to the red and black theme of the CR. |

This exhaust sounds great!! I'll have video later today. Its loud but not bad.... performance seems to be the same no popping or back fires. No louder than a Harley exhaust. Im glad I did it. Bike looks cleaner also. Fits the lines well |

Sounds great,Hitman. Do you think it will get attention from police or is it just a better tone than stock? This could be one that I'm going to get if I don't have to worry about waking anyone when I leave for work at 4:30AM. |

Well it's loud. I'd guess like screaming eagle Harley pipes. We did a Db meter on it today and it was at 103 at idle. Most Harleys from what I see on the internet are 112 to 115. If thats a help. performance wise. I only rode for maybe 35 miles. I had no problems. My values are both at 100. Nothing as far as I could sense. I like it. I did pass another 25 on the way home on 271 S. They may be able to tell you how loud it was on the highway. I did pas a couple cops no problems. Did I see anyone in here?? |

Sounds good Hitman! Are you still planning on doing a dyno run? If so, when? |

I have an appointment this week. As long as I have the funds I plan on running it. If the performance isn't what Jardine said..... Im going back to the stocker. |

Thanks, Hitman. Did those Harleys have those Dbs at idle also? If so, I had a 97 Sportster with Screamin Eagles and they weren't too bad. Thanks for your help. |

Hitman how long did the install take on the exhaust, the way it looks in the service manual it can be done in about 30 minutes. Jimmy |

Is there any way you can get a good clear shot of it from the top and also one from the rear? I'm curious about clearances and where it sits at in relation to the swingarm. |

Ill take some pictures. Honestly, it is almost exactly where the old one was. The rear of the Jardine exhaust is just about where the outer edge of the stock exhaust was. Some one post a low rear shot of there bike in here and Ill post one of my bike. I would almost bet they are the same or damn close. PS. My wife is mad! So liked how quite (so to speak) "now it sounds like your OLD bike...... WHY???" |

Oh and start to finish about 1 hour. Maybe and hour and a half. I'm am no pro mechanic by any stretch but the stocker is most of the time. The jardine kit goes on in like 20 minutes. Disclaimer: I am not a Jardine rep. I just wanted a little louder exhaust. And it worked out so far. |

Hmmmm, that one is starting to grow on me. I really like the HR1 Riot, but for the price, this one is looking even better. Thanks for posting up the pics, that is exactly what I was looking for. Some clearance lost for cornering, but not a lot. I'm guessing it will drag that pipe before it hits the foot peg on that side now. It's not like I'll be the one to actually drag it around a corner or anything, but I'll come pretty close. |
