I found this today while looking around. Its a rear rack for the 1125R. Not sure I like the looks. I had one on my Ulysses which I mounted a Givi hard bag too. Might work here if one was so inclined. http://www.ventura-bike.com/fitments.aspx?modelid= 987 |

It's a great idea, but honestly the ergonomics of the '25r just don't lend itself to be a touring bike. At least the don't for my 6'4" frame... |

I'm no expert by any means... but the hight of the pack may effect the bike and it's center of gravity. May not be a good thing if thats the case. I also don't think Buell had a touring bike in mind when they produce this one. Shoot I wish they would release a damn race package. Or someone do one! Track that thing!! LOL have fun !! have at it Bro!! |

Mike: You might want to check out: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/369913.html?1213799586 and: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/354781.html I also added Uly pegs for the 1" drop and wider pegs and my Rick Mayer seat will be in any day now. That is why my 1125r is now a 1125r(t) ;+}. After that I'll be able to ride all day long. Later Neil S. |

Neil, I have already put on the firebolt seat and that has helped out greatly. Next I'm going try the drop pegs...I am not concerned about lean angle...I'm proud of my chicken strips, for now. With the seat and pegs I should be giving myself about 2 inches worth of extra leg room. Thanks for the threads... |

i had a ventura rack system on my lightning x1 and loved it! my wife liked the grab handle that ya can put on it, cause she didn't feel like her butt was gonna slide off the back on hard take offs |
