It'll be a long time before my 1125r does any racing. I'll do the Fasttrax schools with it, then if I decide I want to go racing I'm gonna buy a track bike, no idea what yet. Either light or middle weight I think tho. We'll see how it goes. |

94 lbs!!! THATS UNREAL! Flat out inspiring! Awesome job! Not sure what I'll do at weigh in on Wed. Golfed a charity tournament this past Saturday. They had an incredible BBQ afterward. Ribs, pulled pork, chicken, etc... Yummy! |

Drink a lot of water Aeholton and that should flush you out pretty good. You might be surprised at your loss this week if you were on plan every other day except sat. |

The golf tourney food didn't kill me! Nice loss this week. Gonna try to stay 100% on plan this week, as I leave a week from today to head for Buelltoberfest. Would like to see the sub-200 mark before leaving. 8/13/08 - 231.9 lbs. 8/20/08 - 224.7 lbs. (-7.2) 8/27/08 - 220.7 lbs. (-4) 9/3/08 - 215.6 lbs (-5.1) 9/10/08 - 212.3 lbs (-3.3) 9/17/08 - 209.0 lbs (-3.3) 9/25/08 - 203.5 lbs (-5.5) How many (weight) losers are going to Buelltoberfest? I am going to take some NS lunch bars, but I plan on eating normal breakfasts and dinners. I'll just try to watch portions. |

This is from the Mayo Clinic: Body Fat: Where does it go when you lose weight? When you consume fewer calories than your body needs, your body turns to fat for energy. Your fat cells (triglycerides) provide the fuel for this energy. Through a series of complex metabolic processes, triglycerides are broken down into two different components — glycerol and fatty acids — which are absorbed into your liver, kidney and muscle. Here, these components are further broken down by chemical processes that ultimately produce energy for your body. The heat generated through these activities is used to help maintain your body temperature. The waste products that result are water and carbon dioxide. You excrete water primarily in urine and sweat and carbon dioxide in air exhaled from your lungs. Basically water helps to keep your kidneys and liver flushed out so they can do what they're supposed to do, remove fat from your body and flush it out. |

Wolfridgerider - Did you do anything different this week? I'm planning on weighing in tomorrow (a day early this week) since I am leaving early Wed for GA. I would expect mine to go up next week when I weigh in after a long weekend at Buelltoberfest. |

Well, I was hoping to see sub-200 before leaving for Buelltoberfest. Didn't happen. I guess going to dinner (Mongolian BBQ) and movies (popcorn & Reeses pieces) on Friday night did more to slow down my weight loss than I'd hoped. It's still a small loss though for the 6 day period. 8/13/08 - 231.9 lbs. 8/20/08 - 224.7 lbs. (-7.2) 8/27/08 - 220.7 lbs. (-4) 9/3/08 - 215.6 lbs (-5.1) 9/10/08 - 212.3 lbs (-3.3) 9/17/08 - 209.0 lbs (-3.3) 9/25/08 - 203.5 lbs (-5.5) 9/30/08 - 201.5 lbs (-2) Now let's hope I don't see too much weight gain this coming week. |

Getting back on plan after Buelltoberfest and my father-in-law's 80th birthday bash. Should be able to stay on plan this week. I've decided to weigh in early and start doing Monday weigh-ins (instead of Wed). Also, broke the 200 mark! 8/13/08 - 231.9 lbs. 8/20/08 - 224.7 lbs. (-7.2) 8/27/08 - 220.7 lbs. (-4) 9/3/08 - 215.6 lbs (-5.1) 9/10/08 - 212.3 lbs (-3.3) 9/17/08 - 209.0 lbs (-3.3) 9/25/08 - 203.5 lbs (-5.5) 9/30/08 - 201.5 lbs (-2) 10/7/08 - 201.3 lbs (-0.2) 10/13/08 - 199.8 lbs (-1.5) I have about 6 weeks worth of NS food here which should be plenty to see me to the 185 goal. I cancelled the auto-ship program and will order al la carte to maintain weight once achieved. |

I get pissed that I haven't lost anymore... But I look at the fact that I have dropped 30 lbs and have been able to keep it off I guess that's not so bad.... I sure would like to get under 200 |
