I have a cherry 2003 XB9SL w/ about 6783 miles. The bike is "blacked out" and was painted by a professional paint shop in my town. I am the second owner - I bought the bike in the spring of 06' with 2700 miles on it. The bike was stock at the time I bought it. The bike is in perfect shape and runs like a champ! Trust me when I say that you are not going to finder a cleaner 2003 XB9 anywhere. I am asking $5000 OBO for the bike. Here are a list of the mods I have done since I have owned the bike: Drummer race muffler - $400 Buell Race ECM - $170 K&N Filter - $60 American Sport Bike open air box - $70 American Sport Bike catch can and breather filter - $160 Black ceramic coated header - $190 Mueller power clutch - $160 New battery and HD battery tender - $100 Pirelli Diablo tires (have about 2K on them) - $210 Corbin seat - $230 Dark Horse front and rear sliders - $120 Buell tank bag - $110 Adjustable billet CRG levers - $200 CRG bar end mirrors and adapters - $180 Kellerman billet cat eye front signals with relay - $180 American Sport Bike billet oil dip stick - $60 LSL passenger and rider pegs (rider has 1" drop) and LSL shift and brake levers - $370 American Sport Bike billet sprocket cover - $240 Renthal medium rise bars - $70 Buell traction grips - $20 Buell frame pucks (uninstalled - new in box) - $60 Custom blacked out paint, professional painted - $500 If you add all of the mods up it totals a little over $4000!!! Thats right $4K in mods!! I paid $5K for the bike two years ago and it was stock. I think $5K is reasonable asking price considering the cost of the mods, mileage, and the condition of the bike. You can email jason-goodman@comcast.net or call me at 815-621-8718. Email me for pics - Thanks!! PS - In case you are wondering why I am selling - I am moving. Plus, I was told by my better half that I can get a new bike next summer!! |

Forgot to mention that the bike is in Rockford, IL (1.5 hours away from Chicago). I also have a hard copy of the parts catalog and maintenance manual. I can also throw in a XL Joe Rocket riding jacket. |
