So yesterday I got my first check engine light. It threw a P0193 code. From searching here, I see that is for low pressure in the fuel rail but I couldn't find the cause or resolution. Any ideas? The CEL appears to have gone away after restarting. This made me wonder if there is a consolidated list of error codes and what they mean available. I couldn't find anything in the service manual. |

Wait until the little red light on your dash goes out before you hit the starter. You probably tried to start before the fuel rail pressurized. Z |

I've had this code ever since the first month I had my bike. Its been checked 3 times at the dealer and is always "no problem found". I also suspect the fuel pump, my pump is cycling more often now after shut off. Now if I could only get it fixed. Good luck with yours. |
