I stopped by at a place called Gold City Cycles right outside Dahlonega at the last March Badness. You might give them a call. http://www.goldcitycycles.com/ The only businesses in Suches I can recall are Dale's BP station, a propane place and TWO. |

"I like the idea of seeing the area at a sane pace and not pushing it." Good advice. Knowledge of the roads means quite a bit. I still find it prudent to ease into the rides and familiarize myself again with the particular roads and their respective rhythms. |

The aprilia shop keeps a very good stock of tires I know they keep Michelin 2cts and road 2 in stock (because that’s what I run) had a lot of other brands to. Slow rider I would like to go out on one of these lops with you as well. If their less then 200 miles we might be able to do 2 in one day. I might be bringing a few of none bad weather guys up with me if so I will probably have to do a gap trip again on Friday. |

Paulxb12r sounds good, i will post up in the group ride section in just a bit. If you're going to the gap and I can swing it, I will be going back to the gap as well. Nothing like the "show" that is "The Tail of The Dragon". |

YEP YEP.... you guys are getting the hang of it now. This is exactly the type of stuff I was hoping to see in March. Now I know why you guys do the thing you do twice a year. If any of my ride loops overlap the one New12r posted or Glitch just posted, I will stagger the times so maybe there can be a morning ride and an afternoon ride. Thanks again.... Jeff - JUST GO! If you haven't ridden in that area, you really need to. I'll have to catch up with you in March - I won't be able to make it down for this one. |

Yeah, I really wish the best for Dale and his recovery, but I sure will miss the station. One of the self proclaimed dot heads on BSB has claimed he will buy it before....but I dont think he has that much money. |

Glitch, I was reading another forum and found out about this place. How far is it from TWO? Originally Posted by barton72 Just found out about that gas station behind Turners Corner had reopened. Got gas there the other day. Didn't hang out or chat. Maybe that guy will be cool with motorcyclists. |

That is about 20 miles as well, I think a little further. Follow the map south on 60 to 19, head towards 129 and that gas station is about 1/4 mile from 129. I really wont be that bad, but it was really nice with Dales around. |

from dales there are 2 gas stations within 10-12 miles. the one north on 60 that sits low on a left turn... The other one, go to the end of wolf pen and turn left, go about 2 miles on the left. |
