Just installed the D&D slip-on & LOVE the noise but the idle is suffering due to lack of unavailable tuner. The shop I'm dealing w/ claims NO engine harm will come out of this until tuners hit the market. thoughts??? |

word on the street is that is correct. the only thing that may suffer damage is the amount of sleep your neighbors get and your hearing. |

Also, have you had the latest ECM update programmed in? It will apparently smooth out some of the low rpm issues....and may help with your idling. (worth a shot) |

Yes, I had the update & it helped slightly. After warm up she leans out some & starts the irratic idle. But man o man once on the pipe this machine is RUTHLESS!!! Eric for president!!!!!!!!!! |
