WOW,Tripp, another failed isolator? I think replacing the front isolator by itself, and without de-stressing the rest of the assembly (I.E. loosening the tie bars and rear isolator) may be the cause of the NEW isolator failure. I did all three isolators on my X1 two seasons ago and haven't been bothered.I never had a failure anyway. Casey,PM coming. What's all this "welder" discussion? And what's up with your truck Nate? Nate, you going Saturday? |

It is with deep regret that i had to quit my job today As an already high-strung individual i've been at the end of my rope for months.I can't possibly work any harder running multiple machines and programming/setting up another. Today,i was told i can no longer utilize my MOST valued tool,AutoCad.It seems, someone thinks i spent too much time "playing" with it.It's my most valuable tool for plotting coordinates in space. I can't pull numbers out of thin air.As the only CAD person i also assisted my fellow co-workers plotting complex co-ordinates. I also did MOST of my CAD work ON MY TIME,AT MY HOME,and basically ran CAD in the background when i worked there, and pulled my tool "blocks" into my drawing. I'm profoundly disappointed But i can accept that i cannot change the past and am now DESPERATE to keep working. For NOW,i'm (for the first time in my life) an unemployed CNC/CAD Machinist. Taaaa-Taaaaahhh |

Ok now I've got a problem as well but not as bad as Gregg's. My brake light isn't working. It doesn't go on when I hit either brake. I doubt that both switches broke. The fuse is fine and I have the Ermax tail which has 2 tail light bulbs so I doubt both broke the brake filaments. Any good ideas? |

Bulbs are cheap and easy. Two going out together doesn't seem likely, but I've seen much worse. Start with them. After that - maybe look for chaffed wires? |

Jim,i have a good idea. A few months ago i had to replace BOTH switches on my X1. It happens, and they're less than $25. for BOTH And when i initially replaced the bulb it didn't work.So i went out and bought another bulb and it didn't work. I did get it to work intermittently with the front switch but,it flickered. REplace both switches. (Message edited by ducxl on September 18, 2008) |

I'm going to check the bulbs later. I just replaced one of them about a month ago. I guess I'll ohm out the switch to see if it works, if not then I know it's that. No relay. I was thinking a ground but who knows....... I guess I'll just keep riding the Blast. |
