I bought a security chain on ebay for $20.00, plus $10.00 shipping so it was 30.00. I have a coupon code for $25.00 off and when I applied it, my new total was $5.00!! Amazing! But who pays that? Does paypal? Ebay? I don't wanna rip the guy off! I'm paying thorugh paypal,. applied the coupon on ebay site. |

What kind of coupon was it? If it was a paypal coupon, they pay it to the seller. |

Dunno who exactly pays it, but the seller does get their money. I get 10% off coupons from e-slay about every 1-2 months. |
