I thought H-D dealers are not allowed to sell through Ebay. Back in '04, I bid on 03 XB09 put out by a H-D dealer. The item was pulled after I bid on it. So I called and was informed they were not allowed to sell through Ebay. Has H-D changed the rule?

The same dealer has an '07 TT listed also. I'll probably be riding up that way tomorrow so I may stop in and take a look.
