Yeah that one I originally complied the video without sound because I the camera had the sound setup default in the hi setting and the sound was breaking up and distorted.
So I noticed in youtube on the edit video window there was an option to replace the sound with some pre loaded music on youtube.
I did it twice and did not think it took but must just take a while for the system to process the changes.
I was trying to find something that lasted the length of the video so my options were limited.

Krassh, any specific reason you chose the front fender as a mounting point? Just curious, since I have been thinking of using the semi-flat area on the underside of the front fairing.

Here's a map of where we went on our SCAB ride. For me, it was a total of 260 miles (others came from farther away and had a longer ride. The roads get a lot more wrinkly when zooming in on the map

Yes there was a good reason. I originally was going to use the flat spot under the front of the fairing.
The only way to do this would be upside down. At the point I started using the camera I had not read the instructions (who does) so I did not know about the setting for flipping the picture so it shows right side up.
I will probably try it in that spot but my biggest concern will be what happens with suspension movement when mounted to the fairing.

Kind of a mixed bag.
North Shore has the better twisties but you have to deal with some residential area plus a lot people boating or beaching at the lake.
I made the mistake of going through there Labor day weekend.
I really do not like going through the city due to the police presence (no offense) and more lights and traffic to contend with depending on the circumstances (day of week or time of day).

I wasn't too keen on the amount of foot traffic and cars coming out from either side on north shore. that coupled with the amount of off camber turns I just didn't find it too much fun. I just get through town and hit it again. I was working up there this past weekend for the marathon. I find going through town is when I stop for a drink or food before I continue down the hill.

Yeah that is usually when I will go through there as well.
When Ozzy myself and another guy came up the backside of the 18 from our SCAB ride in joshua tree a couple months ago we went through the city for a refreshment stop.
The ride up from Lake Silverwood to Crestline....then the ride down from Baldwin Lake to the 10 are my favorites on a street bike....and on the John Bull trail for off-road.....we gotta get together more often Krassh....that area is just ridealicious..!!!!!.....Hey , I just invented a new word me thinks!!!!
Hey Zac , good to hear from you!..I was the photo guy with American Sport Bike Al at homecoming......

I remember you Eric, got some pix of you lounging on the steps at the Tiki...
As soon as I get a new set of rubber for Loretta and she gets out of the shop, I'm hitting the hills for a day or two.. Flatlands are killing me, as is having Loretta down this long.
