How many have a tank pad protector? I need one since I painted my air box cover and my belt buckle keeps putting a chip in the paint. I was going to order the beast within from these guys, but i'd rather have one that is wider and not so tall. There's are 2.6 inch at the bottom and 6.5 at the top, but 8.5 inches tall. That's pretty tall for the buell. http://www.immortalgraphix.com/index.asp?PageActio n=VIEWPROD&ProdID=1411 |

That's pretty bad ass Moose but your probably better off with Squash's suggestion. It covers the entire area your concerned with. |

I have the BUell aluminum one and it has worked out fine for 6K miles. Still looks pretty new, and does not look like it will eat my crank every time I lean over the airbox. |

Well it was not a chip like I thought. Just some white specs on the paint. I'm still getting a pad. I see the aluminum pad that covers the whole front of the airbox, the one with the buell emblem in the middle. Does anyone make a pad that is just the emblem like the black pegasus in the banner above the post? |
