There are FOUR 08s all lined up in a row at Brandon HD. I think Tampa HD has one as well. No 09s in sight. It looks like the 08s just aren't moving right now, folks must be waiting on the 09s. There is a white Firebolt in Brandon as well. The only other Buell I saw there today. | ||

How about Daytona '09?  Interesting to imagine what any RR would/could be like. Dynasport, I think people started waiting on 09's months ago. If dealers are waiting till they sell the 08's before ordering or placing 09's on the floor they need to deal. The best time would have been during the gear promotion. But I think many took the view "there's your deal, now gimme msrp+prep+freight+tax". Their loss. Think I'll see what everyone is making for 09. Looks like BMW may come with many new toys. Maybe by the end of the year deals will be had. 2 year old leftovers seem to be the norm though. Imagine if they made a white 1125RP? Red & blues flashing as the Buell Super Motor Unit does it's job. Although, it would need bags and a Uly tail. Hwyranger would handle the sales pitch for them with his department.  Just make his job more satisfying getting paid to ride a bike that gives him grins. |
