I found a set of spacers and thought I'd pick them up. I had to put the Street Fighter seat on. I have to do some modifications to the Euro Street Fighter tail to make it work... lil grinding, sanding and paint work. It'll come together though.

Actually though there is no need for to be scared. The clown isn't on it. But it will. |

I'd still use those spools to lift whenever possible instead of lifting on the swingarm. If you wiggle the bike while resting on the swingarm, it's gonna start sliding back on the stand... especially if you have the engine idling. Dana - I just LOVE that bike... I aint 'fraid o' NO clowns! |

Steve, actually the stands come back and hit the spool's so it won't slide back. Retrittion,The spacers are installed already in those pics. Just gotta get my clown tailsection back on with my Gator seat. It will be alittle screwing around to make it work. Will my painter would like to do the undertail. Haven't made any decisions as to what yet. Quite sure we'll come up with something off the wall. |

Damn Dana! I'm impressed. You've had that bike since 04 and she's still continuously evolving. Way cool |

I want to jack up my tail section, but I'd like to keep the select seat. I thought about making my own spacers so it's not so high. Is it possible to heat the seat and bend it? Anyone done this? |

Heating the seat pan on a select seat might not be a good idea....the gel part is located in the bottom, rests on the seat pan- and heat might mess up the gel portion.....possibly dis-assemble seat , then heat just the pan, but it's plastic; so.....???? |

Metalstorm, Never really thought about what it has been through over the years. I guess as long as I still enjoy the bike I'll com e up with idea's to change it up. Wait till the next paint job... it'll be nuts. kmfw60, I designed the plate mount but had a friend that fabricates make it for me. It use's the stock light from the cheese grater for plate light. Moosestang, The Select seat will bend and work. I have a select on a 9 also. So it will bend to work. |

Dana, There's one more finishing touch, with custom paint by you of course, that would really pop on Last Laugh. |

Big chunk of 6061-T6, mucho machining with mucho tight tolerances, then hard anodized and powder-coated. Yep, there's a lot going into a nice lightweight custom sprocket. Fun stuff. Wait till the carbon fiber one comes out. |
