This is the "cool" bike with all the airtech body work. Was very cool , but uncomfortable. I just installed a s3 tail and seat. Now to find a decent headlight, I am thinking of a flyscreen and double headlight like the triumph speed triple. george

Spiderman, What are looking to get for your M2 tail & seat? Do you know what is involved in mounting it to an S1? I love my lightning but the seat was designed by a sadist. |

Heres a couple shots of an M2 tailsection -If you have to cut down the M2 rear to fit an S1 tail, wouldnt you have you elongate the S1 rear to accomodate M2 bodywork? If so and hardball doesnt want it, can I get in line for it? Im always on the lookout for extra M2 stuff. |

I traded the tail for 2 s3 seats and a s3tail. I regret it now. I really like the m2 seat. He offered first and I took the offer. I thought I emailed you about your stuff too. ? george |

It would look more fitting with a manta tank. Then the body line would blend "somewhat". |

George, is that a steering damper on the left side? If so, could you please comment how has it improved the steering response? |

Hey Torquemonster, I can see part of my bike in the pic you posted. It's cool seeing your bike unexpectedly... I think that's Silverbullet's NightRod in the background too. Thanks for the cool buzz Travis, I needed it today. |

The steering dampner SLOWS steering response. I really like it. Makes it alot more stable at higher speeds. Not so twitchy. george |
