Just scored a bunch of stuff from a former S-1 racer S/E ignition box 32421-85, 7 wire 8000rpm. 3 speedometers, one early cable style with reset extension cable and cup, 2 lattrer electronic ones. 4 L/S switch set-ups, 2 early style with blocked off headlight on/off switch, 2 later style with the male connectors. 1 set of S-1 fork springs with spacers and seals. a box with 2 sets of valve springs and retainers with 2 new/near new intake valves and 2 new headgaskets. 2 headlight assemblies 1 dozen turn signals,looks like 2 good sets could be made out of them. Complete S-1 shifter later boomerang style shifter and brake pedal 1 6 button disc 1 battery holddown S-1. 1 2 piece throttle body X-1. 1 isolator through bolt with spacers. 1 short K&N filter with early backing plate( fiberglass??) And the piece-de-resistance- a 45175-96YA rotor kit with carrier,rotor is new carrier is used and they robbed 2 of each of the mounting hardware, but other 4 sets are there. Will post prices later, off to airport to pick up some Aussie salt flat boys. And I got a ton of goodies for my bike out of this--cables,controls etc. | ||

Jim: I need a throttle-side switch housing for a '97 S1. Actually, all I need is the little spoon-shaped plastic gizmo that guides the cables off the throttle barrel and around the corner into the cable housings--clear as mud, right? rt | ||

Amen to that, Jim! Thanks for looking. BTW, your old motor is running like a top in my S2. Got a little oil drip down low in front, looks like the sealant between the case halves may be leaking, but it's just a drop or two. rt | ||

What are you lookin to get for the speedo (electronic drive) and S1 battery hold down (if it is for the updated tray) also, what kind of S1 complete shifter is it? | ||

ahhh I read it as two lines, complete S1 shifter and a boomerang shifter. No worries I was thinkin there was whole shifter kit. I will paypal ya on the 1st, (payday) | ||

Calm down Bri, I read it like this "Complete S-1 shifter later boomerang style shifter and brake pedal" It looked like he has a shifter a shifter and a break pedal for sale, he said he only had one, I said no worries. Meaning It's cool I see it has already been sold. Don't make me come over there!  | ||

Well, it'll be cage on cage! My bike's not on the road atm...One problem after another. Now I awaiting my 4th, race header shoe from Al...This is ridiculous. And, my rear head is leaking around the head gasket. | ||
