does anyone know where i can adjust my clutch lever. It has become very loose over time and now it it pulling forward when my clutch is pulled in and shifting has become difficult. Its a stock clutch on a 05' XB12Scg and it doesnt have that adjustment knob. The book says to take it to a buell dealer with would prob cause me a crap load for something i can do myself. |

The "knob" is there, its just in a different place, between the front wheel and the motor. You will see the clutch cable running through there, with a big rubber gaitor in the middle. There is an adjuster under that gaitor. There is a whole procedure in the manual to get it really right, if you download the S1 manual pdf buried here the process is about the same. But just using that adjuster will at least get the slack out. |
