Hi, I am new here and I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to remove fine scratches from my xbr plastics. I am interested in making them look as close to new as possible. Was thinking maybe treating it like a paint job and using a 1500 grit sand paper and some sort of polishing compound, but I wasn't sure if that will work. Has anyone tried this? |

You can polish them and and polish them. And yes you can make them look great. You can also have someone spray a automotive clear on them and be done with half the issues. |

Bads1, Do you prep the plastic first before the spray? And is there a brand of auto clear you recommend for this job? Any other detail would be appreciated, thanks. |

Yeah, I thought of some spraying some clear also, would a lacquer be best for this? |
