...is making progress Now that we have the exhaust system made we can sort out the fuelling a lot better, and just have the final touches and details to finish. 'Race' number plate uses quick release fasteners with custom headlight underneath.

That is a Beautiful Motorcycle! BTW; the Springfield Mile is next weekend. If you've never been there, you're missing one of the most exciting races of any kind, anywhere. |

Matt- Looks great. Any idea of how much weight you were able to shave off of it? |

Awesome job! Doesn't look as aggressive as a Buell.Do i see a Buell idler pullie? It also "looks" like it has a Carbon tank and tail.Does it? It needs Blackstonetek CF wheels |

It also "looks" like it has a Carbon tank and tail.Does it? Yes indeed. Carbon tank cover, seat/tail unit, side panels, right side air scoop, front fender, upper & lower belt guards. I may change the wheels but have to wait on availability Any idea of how much weight you were able to shave off of it? Weight saving so far is a modest 23kg just by taking off some of the stock parts, but I haven't removed any roadgoing equipment and it will have lights, indicators, horn etc and be road legal. The replacement exhaust including link pie weights 3kg compared to the stock silencer/catalyst at 13kg! If I get the wheels I am after then that will save an awful lot more, and I have work to do on the brakes yet. |

well hell if you are making it a track only bike, then you do get the weight savings you were talking about. I like the look but I think I am leaning more to the FXDF for passenger riding. Gonna have to build the street tracker out of the XL883R that I have |

NICE! other than the enlarged airbox/scoop and exhaust are there any engine mods? Do you have any idea what you gained from the intake and exhaust? |

Looks great, man. I woudln't trade my '64 for it, but this is a VERY sharp bike. My girlfriend sitting next to me even thinks it looks a lot better than stock, and the only reason she likes how her bike looks is because it's red, lol. |

Reminds me of...
I have always liked the look of that pipe... I really like how you were able to take the "kink" out of it. (I know some like it kinky- I prefer it straight.) |
