Sorry I can't help you with the cable question but was wondering why do you need to do TPS reset so often? How do you know you need one? Just curious. |

70.00? The most I've ever payed is 35.00+tax. A tps should take no more than 30 minutes, thus 1/2 hr's labor. 140.00 an hour seems very high. |

www.ecmspy.com shows exactly how to make one and which parts and tools to get. Americansportbike.com sells the cable for 60.00. |

Tell me about it... At the MERCY of the Dealer. I had taken mine in (2) to have it reset... I figured its just easier to spend the money on the cable get the software and HOLD on to it... That way if i ever need it... I dont have to plan a WHOLE day to take the bike in and leave it for a simple reset. Matt |

Mine was due to the bike SITTING up for WHILE... person before added the Buell Race system and K/N Filter. Had a sticky RPM at about 1500 or so on ALL down shifts... would SLOWLY go down to normal idle... TPS rest fixed it Had to be reset after that..... thus just wanted to have it laying around for the JUST IN CASE reason. Matt. |

I guess my HD dealer is more Buell friendly then most. I have had 2 TPS resets for FREE. Now if I could just convince them to bring Buell back into their dealership. |
