Looking to make a few changes on my bike, and I am as always cash poor... So how's about good old barter? Hey- hope springs eternal :: grin :: Preference given to anyone with semi-reasonable riding distance of Denver. Here's the list: Race kit muffler, 20K miles, decent shape. Looking to trade for a Drummer. 2006 12R suspension (shock, forks, lower triple and kick stand) Looking to trade for the same parts off an Scg. (I'm short, the bike ain't) Amber wheels- decent shape, a few tire-change nicks here and there. Looking to trade for a set of black wheels. I'd MUCH rather trade than sell- but if we can make the timing work out to minimize my downtime, then I'll certainly consider offers. I also have a stock ECM and exhaust valve servo I can throw in to sweeten deals as necessary. I can provide pictures upon request. Merlyn | ||

ECM is been sold, and I am waiting to hear back about a trade on the wheels- we'll call those traded pending details :: grin :: Still have the S height suspension setup, the exhaust servo and the race muffler. I *might* be interested in selling the exhaust outright, but frankly it's going to take an offer that will let me buy another exhaust- all these parts are currently mounted on my primary transportation. If I get a trade/sale offer that will work, I'll pull 'em off, clean 'em spotless and have them in route within 24 hours. Not expecting a "I'll ship your stuff after I get mine" deal- I wouldn't trust some faceless name on the internet that much, and I don't expect you to. The forks/lower triple/shock/kickstand I can't sell outright- I'd have to get enough for them to go buy new parts at the dealer (cause I *never* see Scg suspension parts on ebay) and for that money you can and should just go buy new parts :: grin :: The exhaust servo is for sale, make an offer, unless I can include it on one of the above trade deals as a sweetener- then it's free :: chuckle :: Merlyn | ||

Oooookay- Still have the wheels- available again, now with low-mileage Dunlops on them (208 rear, 209 Qualifier front) Still have the suspension trade available for the moment. Race can is sold (anyone have a Drummer for sale?) Still have the exhaust valve if anyone wants it. Merlyn | ||

Won't be able to sell the wheels, unfortunately- They are currently on the bike. Unless you'd be willing to go $600 for them... There's a set on ebay right now I could pick up for that much :: chuckle :: Merlyn |
