I drove my 05 XB12s to KC from Omaha on Saturday, stuck it in a garage and Sunday morning it would not start. If you turn the key on the odo/speedo works turn signals, horn, brake light work. The headlights, fuel pump and starter do absolutley nothing. I did not see any obvious fuses blown, I am planning on digging in deeper tonight. Any help would be appreciated! |

Try removing and reinstalling each of the 3 relays in the relay center. There may be some high resistance in one of the contacts involved that could get cleaned by R&R'ing. If that doesn't help, try interchanging the 3 relays around and see if that changes the situation. If it does, then find out which relay is suspect and change it out with a new one. |

Hey guys, thanks for the help. I had a few minutes to mess with it, it ended up being that the key switch relay had gotten too hot. Simple fix, bought a few just in case it would burn up again. I wired my low and high beam together a year and a half ago and never had trouble. I am not sure if 160 miles non-stop did it in.} |
