what i think if funny is that people will actually start doing these pods on their xb's. i'm already seeing these things on ebay going for way less than regular xb scoops go for. what, trojan wants like 150 for right side. when there are some pods going for less than 50 on ebay.

While you're being grossed out, take it as a reminder not to let hernias go unattended.
I believe that picture is from the Shouldice Clinic site, at least, they use it as part of their hernia education.
