has anyone experienced a wavy or choppy front tire wear? It happened to my last tire and is starting to happen to my new tire. Any help or ideas? |

Wouldn't by chance be a "DUNFLOP" would it? |

Mine does this very thing. Still investigating. |

How often do you check your front tire pressure? If your tire is low, it'll cup like that with a quickness. Bad steering head bearings will do that too, and I think bad wheel bearings can too, but I might be mistaken about that. Unless you are running Dunlops. I think Dunlops come pre-cupped from the factory, so as to save you the inconvenience of actually having to ride your bike to screw up the front tire. Merlyn |

I have had original stock Dunlops on my '06 Uly for 10,000mi (rear), changed because of a nail, and front tire 11,600mi. I got another Dunlop for the rear and have a front to go on as soon as the front tire wears down enough to change out. I had even wear on the rear and have even wear on the front. I have NO complaints. |

Sunday morning ritual for me is checking air pressure on every vehicle I own, seriosly...I learned the hard way just how important it is..BUt, I swear, what few Dunlop tires I've ever used always cupped out. Note: all were the "factory supplied" models...maybe different models wear better. I don't know. |
