Hey Tripp just in found out why my engine sounds like a diesel. The front sprocket on the primary chain is loose. It moves about .50" on the crank shaft.

Hey Scott - I had a great time at the track...I'll definitely be up again this season! Took me freakin forever to get home...495 just SUCKS!!! The road construction and then the piss ant kids in dadys Olaero wanting to race...

Audra had figured I'd be on the track...so at least I got to skip the lecture!

I always have a good time at the track JP - glad you did too.

I'll be posting upcoming chances to race. We can try for a Friday Night or Saturday race. That way whoever comes up can grab a couch at my place for the night.

Get that front end strap for next time so you can be more aggressive on the launch!

I've got a new place all tested out.

In Hopkinton, The Golden Spoon. Very easy to get to...Exit 21A off 495...it's just past the gas station on the right...good food, good price, normal portions (sorry no Carl's size meals), fast service, cute waitress and empty before 9:00 am...so lets say be there for 8:30...those of you smart enough will be there for 8:15 so you have enough time to tank up at the gas station before you pull into the restaurant.

From there I can lead a bit through Upton...I have a nice set of twisties I usually take home...from that we can cross over to Purgatory Chasm for some fair roads over there...and then somebody else can take lead and head down for the CT twisties and hit the Bean.

Well I out for a week, primary chain is off waiting for parts need new front sprocket and key. Just finished pulling it apart the nut for the sprocket was only hand tight. I have to check to see when my bike was born hope it's not a Friday afternoon birth? Liquid lunch ???
