The time has come to sell my 2006 Buell Ulysses, It's still my favorite bike in the garage but a new project forces the sale.... A little about the bike, 16,900 miles, may change a little as I still can't help but ride it! All routine maintenance performed on time with exception to the 10,000 mile service which was done by me @ 9,000 and by the dealer at 13,500. Last oil was changed at 16,000 The repair list is short but includes: front brake rotor and pads at 8-9,000 rear wheel bearings at 10,500 right side fork seal and drive belt at 14,000 New Battery at 16,000 All of this was replaced at the dealer under warranty The Goods: Tires at 85% Dunlop d616, in my opinion a great tire Drummer exhaust and Race ECM American Sport Bike air box eliminator with K&N filter Zeta bars and hand guards with integrated turn signals Precision Engineering Bar Mounts PIAA 1100 lamps mounted in factory turn signal location Heated grips with Heattroller Dual Star mini mirrors TouraTech brake and shift levers and foot pegs Original side bags, I have the top bag mount but I let a buddy "borrow" the top bag and he uses it so much that I don’t have the heart to ask for it back. Cortech tank bag The Bike originally started as Barricade Orange and although it still looked great it just was not for me. So I decided to spray it flat black with Krylon Fusion paint. There are a few very small nicks in the paint that are virtually unnoticeable. If you ask me I think the bike looks great, but it might not be everybody cup-o-tee. Over all this bike is in great condition and runs like a champ. It has never left me stranded and always puts a smile on my face. No known leaks or problems. Tabs good until March 09, Clean and clear title in hand. For sale 2006 Ulysses. It has 5000 and counting miles. Black plastic with all 3 factory cases. Still has the original D616's on the wheels with about 60% tread left. I have the 06 Factory seat and the 07 factory seat to go with it. I placed Odies two piece heat blanket to cool the ride. The bike did go down in 07 but all repairs (brake lever, foot peg, frame puck,windscreen, mirror, and mounting brackets)done by Sheldon's in Auburn, MA. I have done 2K miles since the accident and the bike rides as new. I just changed engine and primary lube so it's ready to roll. I had fun with the ULY, but I want to move on to something else.
