Any of you guys know anything about this seat (specs, seat height)? This is the first time that I've seen it. Look pretty sweet!!!

It's the stock STT seat.

Yes, it is.
The "seat height" voice in the specifications is not really indicative in consequence of the differences in front and rear suspension travel.

so does the difference in the ground clearance also come from the seat, or could the suspension have something to do with it?

ground clearance is suspension only.
