Bob and Debbie, you are the best couple of riders I could have dreamed of buying my buell from. Oh my god, the bike is amazing. This beauty has changed my outlook on life and all the bikes in it! For real, I can even hear bikes now, all of them! Before they just passed by, now I notice them all. Anyway, Bob, thanks for the tip on the kickstand switch. You were right on the money. I want to catch up with you in a couple weeks and show my appreciation to the both of you. Are you going on the "Oyster Run" in Anacortes? So stoked, Spencer |

Scot: Be a little bit pushy. Ask for a (large) deposit to hold the bike. If they back out, they wern't really serious about the purchase anyway. If they give you a (large) deposit and then bail, keep the deposit. Cash the check within 4 seconds of the buyer leaving your property. Sometimes you feel like a turd doing that sort of thing but business is business. |

Kim, It was so great seeing the pictures! I'm in Ventura Ca. right now and I was just showing the pictures to my wife and a friend of ours who is putting us up for the night. Is there any chance you could email me the full size versions? Kim, I'm not sure I mentioned this before, but one of the reasons I enjoyed having you with us on SPLASH and BORDER RAID so much, was getting to see the excitment on your faceand in your voice. I so rememeber those early sensations when I first started riding. It takes me back. Anyway, we are on a whirlwind road trip in California prior to my departure on the 26th. We came down 97 to Bend, spent the night, then through Grants Pass to Crescent City and Hwy 1 and down to the Bay area. Saw some relatives and left Livermore this morning. Tomorrow it's San Diego for two days, then a hard charge through Sequoqia National Park and Yosimite, then home. Sure wish I was on the Trumpet. I am definely going to do more riding next summer with some longer trips. Laguna Seca anyone? I am really going to miss y'all. I know I have not been able to participate the way I would like to, but I do appreciate how welcolm y'all always make me feel when I do come along. I have such great memories of our experiences together..I don't know why I am feeling so mushy tonight, but I just want you all to know how much I appreciate each and everyone of you for your friendship and the experiences we have gone through together. I'll try to check the board a few times more before I leave. Everyone stay safe, and have a great time. Paul |

Harvy, Stu, Eric, Paul - let me know if you got the ones I sent you and if anyone else wants a group picture or any others e-mailed just let me know and I will be happy to do so. I wish I could have played at the T-Cross. At least I had the chance to snap some pictures. Here are a few for your enjoyment. I have plenty more, hope this isn't too much for you. Here's Chris getting serious in the corner And Mike just had to take the new toy for a ride. Only 4 miles and already on the T-Cross. I love my coffee, but that bike had me thinking about tea. Looks like Bob's trying to slid the rear, while Steve works the corner. This is one of my favorites. You can see Deb and Bob on the course, while Mike and Cody wait in line. Everyone behaved themselves in line, except for Bob. I think he was trying to take cuts on Cody. Mike and Cody talking strategy at the water cooler before the finals. I think Cody is telling Mike to beat Bob for taking those cuts on him. |

So OK, Mr. C., oh profit of doom, where were you at 6:30 tonight? Give me a web address for the recall would you. Lyle’s jacket is a size M, BTW. Scot says "Where's the H.P.?" Damn, boy. Maybe you should just get one of those Suzuki Habachi things. Where's the H.P.? Sheesh. Debbie: nice to see you again. Your even temperament and calm disposition while others are loosing their heads in times of stress is always a welcome and refreshing encouragement. Duane, Dan, Steve, Lyle & Bob: Good to visit with you again as well.Needless to say, Matt is missed and it isn't much of a party without Galen. |

Ray? Is that you? Come closer to the light... Although Blake won't allow me to swear here, you will see that I am highly P.O.'d! Yes I did try to make it. Twice! Blame it on the Poopalup Fair! I had a trailer on the back of my Explorer and was moving furniture out to Tacoma from Burien. (mistake #1) Hmmm... 1 1/2 hours to go 20 miles. Crap! Then I had to take the trailer back to Kent. Then I tried to head south again. (mistake #2) F.It! I gave up. Ping me by email, please. |
