A 1098 would be sweet. To bad my finances can't support that kind of payment. Plus i'm sure my insurance is gonna go up. |

JIM, Get better. The rest will fall into place believe me. I can honestly say this from my recent experience. Worse case if it's a total loss buy back and make some $$$ back. Good Luck. |

jim sorry to hear of your misfortune, if you need help with the insurance company bring the bike in, or precision will pick it up for you, we sure know the value of the fine piece of machinery a buell is and what it takes to get one back to where it was and can tell if it can't be done. |

No Flame needed, I'd kill for a 1098! That is one sexy piece of machinery! I sure don't wear Buell Blinders when it come's to bike's. They are cool for what they are. Jim you should just fix it yourself and ride the thing. They cost peanuts to fix and are easy to work on for the most part. Don't get caught up w/ the insurance Co., I've thrown mine on the ground more than once. Think Egay.... With what you get charged in Deductable, you may be able to fix it for a tad more. And your rate don't go up to boot. |

I'm gonna drop it off at GMD computrack and have them do the insurance estimate.I want it looked at by someone who know's what they are doing. Just incase something is bent that i'm not seeing. Such as forks, triple trees, wheel, frame...etc. I totally want to fix it myself. I hate having someone else work on my stuff. These bikes are tit to work on. A whole lot easier than some of the cars/trucks that i've been fix'n for the past 16 years. |

Pete will take good care of it, I wish I was working the track still with him. That was fun, and hard work, but still cool. I will be back there again soon I hope... Don't let the dealership Goons work on it. It will come back worse and you'd be lucky to get it back by x-mas. hey he said "TIT".....MMMMMM I miss them already...LOL |

Pete seems like a really cool guy. I've lived in this area my whole life and never even knew they were there. Looks like a really sweet shop to work in. I'd love to be working on bikes for a living instead of cars and trucks. Sorry to hear about your engine noises. Maybe time to add some more CC's to it. Mmmmmm......titties and beer...... |

We meet on Sundays at one of three places: The Barn Restaurant in Tiverton, RI, Lowell's in Bellingham, MA, or Carl's out in Oxford, MA. Meet time is anywhere from 8-10, and the rides go until around two but you can bail whenever you want. This Sunday is looking good so far... Lowell's, anyone? |
