Knee down would be a w@nk. It has large touring bike ground clearance.
It will wheelie when it's run in - doesn't feel like it will be hard to do. But it only had 170km when I picked it up. Trust is a 2 way street :-) |

I think his has a microwave and coffee maker on it too. <<
I had to pull over and stop because it took a minute to work out how I had turned the hazzard lights on. (Bumped them with my knee fidgeting at traffic lights)
The rest of it I have sussed. And the buttons all come easily to hand after half a tank full. Occasional fumbles.
Sat nav functions - that require the buttons that you have to look down for - are disabled when moving.
I owned and customised a Triumph Trophy 1200 for a few years so I have some affinity with large touring bikes.
I don't like it as much as my Uly and the fun bag that is, but don't let anyone tell you this isn't pleasurable to ride.
Pump it up, warm it up (heated seat) and lay it back.
It works well as a 'cruiser' too. |

Well I just rode it in a full face helmet for the first time.
Like every large windsceeen on every motorcycle I've ridden with one - the result is quite obscene.
Noisy buffeting filthy things. How anyone can fit them to a Uly is completely beyond me. |

...just a matter of finding the proper height, size, and angle for you. A pair of Strada's brackets and voila, no more buffeting (for me).
Does that thing have an electronically adjusted windscreen, too?  |

I have always loved the 'wing
Until I sat on one, lifted it off the sidestand, and then had the misfortune of the sidestand retracting. As I was trying to kick the stand back down the bike started leaning.
I didn't drop it, but there were more than a few sweat beads on my brow. A little heavy for my taste.
I did see something interesting recently, I saw a new 'wing that had pneumatic (hydraulic?) training wheels.
They seem to be fully automatic. I was behind the bike and as we got below 5mph the "landing gear" would lower and support the bike. As soon as we moved on they will tuck back under.
Coolest things ever. |

There isn't one. Every head wind cross wind and vehicle velocity changes the correct/optimum height.
And then there is the 'aesthetically challenged' aspect.
The Wing has a manually adjustable windcreen.
You set the height for what speed you want the buffeting. |

Every now and then I go 'whooo - it is big isn't it'. Usually as I'm trying some curb hopping U-turn or something.
