Another question on a new 1125 (with about 200 miles on it) that I'd appreciate having some insight on from experienced 1125R owners.... I notice that when coasting to a stoplight, if I hold the clutch in and coast, everything is very smooth and I coast noiselessly to a stop. However, on the occasions where I shift into Neutral and then coast to a stop, I hear a slight rattling sound as if the transmission may not be totally disengaged from gear. My riding buddy claims that this is okay, but I wanted to make sure that other 1125R riders experience the same behavior before panicking! Thanks for any feedback you can give me on this! |

If you're stopped in neutral and work the clutch you can hear the difference. It's just part of the tranny turning that doesn't when the clutch is pulled in. |

Yes, this sounds normal to me. |
