Anyone tried them? I'm on my 3rd Conti Road Attack rear, which have been great. I'm curios how the Sport Attacks compare for handling and longevity. |

what kinda mileage you get out of that tire for your riding style? |

I also would like to know your mileage? I just put a new set (front/rear) of Road Attack's on my bike after my corsa III rear went flat after 2k. (I was on my way to Sturgis this Friday; the other reason for this model of tire). I like this tire without question and most likely will stay with this brand. The only exception is I feel EVERYTHING the road has to offer. I am currently adjusting my pressure to find the ride I like. The tracking, handling and feedback I really like and for my next set I will be considering my current tire and the "Sport Attack". (Message edited by point_doc on July 31, 2008) |

I like my sport/road attack combination... seems to be working well for both grip and mileage. |

I have used the sportattacks at the track and on the street. Great grip on corners and very good feel. Only get about 1500mi out of the rear and 2000 mi for the front. I used the roadattack rear on the street. Not as grippy as the sports but plenty for semi aggressive street use. I got about 3000mi out of it. I spend most of my time in corners. I now run a sport on the front and a road on the rear. Works great for street use and might work for intermediate track use. Great tire for the price. Got a set from Ride Direct this week for $217 with free shipping |

what kinda mileage you get out of that tire for your riding style? About 85% of my riding is twisty backroads at a quick, smooth, sporting pace. Very little commuting. I get about 5500 miles from the Road Attack Rear, for comparison got about 5000 miles from Metz Z6's. (Message edited by tpoppa on July 31, 2008) |

I use Road Attacks on my Uly because they wear extremely well. I understand that the Sport Attacks have a much shorter life. I have never had any traction issues with the Road Attacks, so I'm not tempted to try Sport Attacks. I've a friend who runs a Sport Attack on the front and a Road Attack on the rear. That is probably an excellent balance if the traction on the Road Attacks is not sufficient for you. |

just to gauge here... the road attacks should have a very similar life expectancy to the syncs? |

Love' em,when I go to buy a new set,it will be what Jinance is talking about. Never, and I mean never had a problem with traction, even in the rain down at this past MBV! I get about 6000 miles outta the rear and front together on average. |

I used to run a mix (road rear/sport front) on my TLR, but for the Buell I put Roads front & rear. Did track day at Pocono East and never felt like they were gonna let go. I'm a firm believer in Conti's and suggest them to anyone who asks about them. Expecting great mileage also since I rarely slab. |

I have the Road Attacks and overall I like them - never felt like they ever low on grip, but the front has started to get some cracking in the tread. I'm questioning the quality of these tires... |
