I would have (I live in South Dakota) but I'm heading out Tuesday for a cross-country trek to Maryland. The roads out here have been PACKED lately, and I haven't seen a single Buell yet, lol.

I was going to go this past week (the week before Sturgis) because my parents were up there and they said me and the wife could come stay in their cabin with them for free...well wifey requested the time off and they denied her so we didnt go....then on thursday one of her managers asked her why she was there..she was like "because I work here"...and then he proceeds to tell her that she got approved for the week off but they must have "forgot to send the email"....well by that time it was thursday so it was too freakin late..we were both livid lol.

Anyways have fun, my parents said the weather up there was beautiful this week!!..and fyi, watch out for scooters, they said they didnt see any bikes go down but a few scooters got ate up by the twisty roads lol.

Scooters at Sturgis! What is the world coming to.

I was there in 96 on my Buell and just as a guy was going to beat me senseless for riding a Jap bike, another fella stopped him and pointed at the sportster engine. They both walked away somewhat puzzled muttering something about me being a sissy (just joking, of course!).

I live in Spearfish and plan to make it there sometime. Although things are pretty crazy at work right now (Lehman Trikes). When do you plan on being there?
